From material to packed order
The exact route varies by drill type, material grade and required performance. Each confirmed programme is converted into production and inspection requirements.

Material grade and incoming batch information are checked against the confirmed order.
Blank preparation
Raw material is prepared to the required diameter and production route.
Flute forming
Rolled or fully ground flute production is selected according to the product programme.
Heat treatment
Controlled processing targets the required balance of hardness and toughness.
